Description
Volantino dalla forma classica, rotondo con doppia corona piena e con mozzo robusto. Caratteristiche che conferiscono al prodotto una struttura massiccia e resistente. Progettato in tal modo per avere un certo effetto volano e quindi facilitare la rotazione dell’asse su cui è montato. Ideale per sostituire i classici volantini di bakelite ed i più pesanti volantini di alluminio, ma con il vantaggio di essere più conveniente degli altri. Versione senza manico per contenere costi ed ingombri, dove le operazioni di rotazione non sono frequenti. Il foro dell’inserto ha un piccolo diametro pilota, ma BOTECO è in grado, anche su piccoli lotti , di personalizzare tale foro e adeguarlo alle esigenze del cliente. A chiusura di tale foro troviamo un comodo tappo asportabile, disponibile di diversi colori e facile da personalizzare mediante tampografia. Prodotto adatto per macchine utensili manuali, trapani, foratrici, macchine per imballaggio, seghe e seghetti, macchine per confezionamento, attrezzature alimentari. Il volantino di manovra pieno senza manico C196 è fatto con materiali a base di poliammide rinforzata con additivi stabilizzanti, per garantire una ottima planarità e circolarità. Questo modello è una versione base, ma può essere richiesto con diversi modelli di manici girevoli, pieghevoli, (volantino pieno con manico pieghevole, volantino a disco pieno, volantino pieno con manico ad incasso, volantino in metallo, ecc.).

On request and with a minimum of 50 pieces, the inserts can be supplied with the hole d1 with H7 tolerance and black-oxide finish. Add the letters ZB to the standard code. Example: C196100.TD1001PZB.
Upon request and for special quantities inserts can be supplied with custom hole diameter d1.
Upon request and for special quantities inserts can be supplied in different materials/with different coatings.
